From Carolyn:

I'd like to deeply thank many wonderful people, each a personal friend, for reading unedited segments fresh from my keyboard.

My warmest thanks for the thoughtful suggestions and comments: • Peter Fruchter who inspires thoughtful self-awareness and discovery; • Andrew Welch who held back his erudite tongue only on request; • Bruce Allison who read the unfinished work at DES07 and who so easily designed many of the Bionaxe products described here; • Tracey D. Meyer who shared her English degree and companionship with me; • Steve Rapaport who has done this before and shared his wisdom; • Roze Cize who humoured me yet again; • Stanton McCandlish for being so keen on my writing; • Bruce MacLean who loves science and invention as much as I; • Richard Danielli whose punful love of my phrasing kept me going; • and all the NaNoWriMo writers who taught me to write faster; • and the SIAI which inspired my sudden switch in focus.

Thank you to each wonderful friend and a few strangers who wanted to read an unedited first novel. Photos on this site are theirs (hopefully)!

If you are interested in representing this work, I've posted my query letter.
